Giano Lombardi

Giano Lombardi is the second son of the Amberdo Lombardi, one of the wealthier families in the Lombardi region. Their family made their fortune in linen and wisely invested in land, running a series of inns in the area.

Unlike his older brother, Giano was more intellectually inclined as well as having a silver tongue, making him a natural diplomat.

His carefree days of wine and song came to an end when the French invaded. His older brother joined the resistance forces, while his father sent him far from the fighting to Rome, City of Light.

Entrusted with the task of gathering political influence, he is faced with the daunting task, alone and far from home. Uncertain what the future would bring, Giano looks forward with a promise of a bright future.
